How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it enters processing quickly. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. Once the order is dispatched, modifications are not possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Our products are shipped from international suppliers, so delivery typically takes 7-21 working days. This includes processing time (1-3 days) and international shipping. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs R149 for orders under R1000. Orders of R1000 or more qualify for FREE shipping to anywhere in South Africa.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We deliver to all areas in South Africa. International shipping times apply to all locations.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account on our website.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards through our secure payment gateway. Bank transfers (EFT) are also available.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Due to international shipping, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
